LAURIE MOSSUTO

Laurie Mossuto, originally a graphic designer, turned his talents to painting full time over 25 years ago. His paintings exude a graphic style that is minimalist by nature, yet still manages to capture the life and figurative reality of the subject.

Laurie has exhibited in both Sydney and rural galleries. He’s been selected as a finalist in numerous art awards, covering a variety of genres. In 2008, he won the prestigious EMSLA, at Coffs Harbour Regional Art Gallery. (presently known as the STILL Awards). The painting, “Be Still my Shopping Cart”, is now part of the Gallery’s public art collection.
