Interested in becoming a volunteer?

Volunteering at The Bunker is a unique experience because the facility houses two major attractions: the National Cartoon Gallery and the National Holden Motor Museum. The gallery and museum are housed in a WWII Air Force bunker which has been restored to its original condition. So whether you are passionate about cars, enjoy having a good laugh, or love history The Bunker is the place to be!

We rely heavily on dedicated volunteers for our day-to-day operations. Volunteers can contribute in various ways from greeting visitors to assisting with exhibition preparation and events. This experience allows individuals to share their passion, learn new skills and join a community of like-minded people while working in a fun and dynamic environment.
