Recognised by the Australian cartooning community, the National Rotary Cartoon Awards is open to anyone with an interest in cartooning and illustration.
The awards are an initiative of the Rotary Club of Coffs Harbour City and run by the Bunker Cartoon Gallery, a not-for-profit registered charity established by the Rotary Club in 1995
