EAT & DRINK @ THE PRECINCT
The Gallery cafe, known as 'the Precinct at the Bunker' offers the choice of indoor or outdoor dining. Locals agree that the coffee is great, the food is good and the prices are resonable. The cafe is licensed and the view of the the big gum trees from the Terrace is spectacular.
A coffee or lunch at the Precinct is a great way to break up a Gallery visit but you can also visit the cafe without paying to view the exhibitions, although we highly recommend you do both!
The Precinct is open Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 2pm.
Parking is available on site and in Albany Street, which is just in front of the gallery.
If you are not a Coffs local, the National Cartoon Gallery is located on John Champion Way, just off the the big roundabout near the Racecourse.
The cafe is operated by MB & Co. and theirs is an interesting story of innovation during Covid...
THE MB & Co. STORY
When 2020 happened, the world changed, and we changed with it.
The global pandemic allowed us time and space to create; to diversify our business and focus on a few more of our passions.
So, while our nation stopped travelling and our airport-based café businesses shut up shop during lockdown, we got busy with flavours, textures, production and packaging, ultimately creating our new family brand.
We are proud of what we have created; a range of goods that are set to become household staples, with 16 products currently on offer.
Our products have been stocked at our Mid North Coast (NSW) ”Precincts”.
You will find us at
