Introduction
The upload system was made to improve the efficiency of the entry process for cartoonists entering the Rotary Cartoon Awards. It comprises a Registration/Login system that allows the entrants to have their own login and account, the main menu that functions as a central point to enter, pay the entry fee for any categories and upload the required information.
